Our Role
IUNA Private Jets acts exclusively as an independent broker/intermediary. We do not own or operate aircraft and do not hold an Air Operator Certificate (AOC). To arrange your flight, we work with other licensed charter brokers and/or air carriers, who in turn engage the operator that actually performs the flight. All flights are performed by licensed third-party operators who remain fully responsible for the operation, safety, and airworthiness of the aircraft.
Quotations
Quotes provided through this website are indicative and are based on availability and pricing communicated to us by third-party brokers/operators. They are subject to change, final confirmation, and applicable taxes or fees. A quotation does not constitute a binding contract until confirmed in writing.
Payments
Payment for the flight is made directly by the client to the broker/operator performing the service, following their own payment terms and conditions. IUNA Private Jets does not collect or hold client funds for the flight itself; our compensation is a commission paid to us separately by the broker/operator we work with.
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation policies, penalties, and refund terms are set by the broker/operator performing the flight, not by IUNA Private Jets. If a confirmed flight is cancelled by the operator, we will make reasonable efforts to promptly source an alternative aircraft or operator, but we cannot guarantee availability, equivalent pricing, or timing of any alternative.

Content on this website is provided for general information purposes and may be updated without notice. You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, IUNA Private Jets is not liable for delays, cancellations, payment disputes, or other matters arising from the operation of flights or the commercial terms set by third-party brokers or carriers. Our role is limited to identifying and coordinating suitable flight options on the client's behalf.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Milan, Italy.

Il Nostro Ruolo
IUNA Private Jets opera esclusivamente come broker/intermediario indipendente. Non possediamo né gestiamo aeromobili e non deteniamo un Certificato di Operatore Aereo (COA). Per organizzare il tuo volo ci appoggiamo ad altri broker e/o vettori aerei licenziati, che a loro volta coinvolgono l'operatore che effettua materialmente il volo. Tutti i voli sono effettuati da operatori terzi debitamente licenziati, che restano pienamente responsabili dell'operatività, della sicurezza e dell'aeronavigabilità del velivolo.
Preventivi
I preventivi forniti tramite questo sito sono indicativi e si basano su disponibilità e prezzi comunicati da broker/operatori terzi. Sono soggetti a variazioni, conferma finale e tasse o oneri applicabili. Un preventivo non costituisce un contratto vincolante fino a conferma scritta.
Pagamenti
Il pagamento del volo viene effettuato direttamente dal cliente al broker/operatore che eroga il servizio, secondo le condizioni di pagamento da questi stabilite. IUNA Private Jets non incassa né gestisce i fondi del cliente relativi al volo; il nostro compenso consiste in una commissione corrisposta separatamente da parte del broker/operatore con cui collaboriamo.
Cancellazioni e Modifiche
Le politiche di cancellazione, le penali e le condizioni di rimborso sono stabilite dal broker/operatore che effettua il volo, non da IUNA Private Jets. Se un volo confermato viene cancellato dall'operatore, ci adopereremo con ragionevole tempestività per individuare un aeromobile o un operatore alternativo, senza tuttavia poter garantire disponibilità, prezzo equivalente o tempistiche di un'eventuale alternativa.
Uso del Sito
I contenuti di questo sito sono forniti a scopo informativo generale e possono essere aggiornati senza preavviso. L'utente si impegna a non utilizzare impropriamente il sito né a interferire con il suo normale funzionamento.
Responsabilità
Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, IUNA Private Jets non è responsabile per ritardi, cancellazioni, controversie sui pagamenti o altre questioni derivanti dall'operatività dei voli o dalle condizioni commerciali stabilite da broker o vettori terzi. Il nostro ruolo è limitato all'individuazione e al coordinamento di soluzioni di volo adeguate per conto del cliente.
Legge Applicabile
I presenti termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana. Qualsiasi controversia sarà sottoposta alla giurisdizione esclusiva del foro competente di Milano.
